Casa Cerrinho is set high on a hill close to the village of Santa Bárbara. Quiet and secluded with wonderful views over the valley towards Faro and the sea yet within an easy distance of Santa Bárbara village. In Santa Bárbara village there is a mini-market, sidewalk cafes and several good restaurants plus a pharmacy, Bank and post Office. The accommodation consists of a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a comfortable sitting / dining room.

Casa Cerrinho has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is a twin with en-suite full bathroom and sliding doors to the outside terraces. The second bedroom is also a twin with a separate full bathroom. The sitting room is circular and spacious with terrace doors to the swimming pool.

The dining room is separate and next to the fully modernised and well-equipped kitchen. The dining room also has doors to the side terraces and pool area.

The swimming pool is 4m x 8m with underwater pool lighting and an ample tiled poolside surround. A flower filled garden surrounds the whole pool area. At the end of the pool is a colourful gazebo for shaded relaxation and behind the gazebo is a small boules court for those that prefer a more gentle pursuit. At the front of the house there is a gated driveway and parking for your car together with a purpose built barbecue area with stone table and bench seating for alfresco dining.
