- Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed and a terrace with views of the lagoon.
- Bedroom 3 has twin beds and a terrace with lagoon views.

Luxury modern kitchen with Hob, Oven, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Kettle, Toaster, Washing machine (in laundry room in the basement).

-The lounge is beautifully furnished to a very high standard, with 2 blue leather sofas, coffee tables and television, DVD player. There is also a large dining table with 6 chairs and patio doors to the courtyards.

The basement is accessed directly from inside the house, where the laundry room and further bathroom are located, ideal for when you come straight from the beach. There is lots of space to store all beach and sports equipment, safe and secure. The basement is also equipped with a snooker table.

Outside there is an outdoor barbecue and a shared infinity pool.
