Villa Louanna is a beautiful, newly refurbished villa, perfect for family holidays. It is situated in a quiet residential area of Vilamoura, not far from all amenities. There are shops, bars and restaurants close by in an area called the Old Village and the Marina, with its lively atmosphere and night life, is also easily accessible. The house is very well equipped offering every appliance you would need for a comfortable stay. The furnishings are to a high standard and the décor is modern and light. The villa is air-conditioned throughout.

Downstairs the accommodation comprises a living/dining room with satellite TV, DVD and stereo CD. There is an open plan well equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher two twin bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and a further full bathroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace overlooking both the garden and the swimming pool.

Outside, as well as private parking, there is an ample landscaped garden well stocked with a variety of mature shrubs and trees. There is also a pool side shower, a purpose built barbecue and a large swimming pool (9mx5m) set within ample terraced areas.
