Monte das Palmeiras in Corotelo near São Brás de Alportel is one of the most stylish and spacious late 18th century farmhouses in the Algarve. Beautifully converted and restored with a truly unique blend of charm and character. Built on two levels, this is a very spacious house, ideal for big parties. There is a separate cottage which sleeps 4 and this can be rented in addition to the house.

This is an ideal spot for that family get together and as you are so well catered for, you may have no wish to leave during your stay. In a rural setting, high in the hills, it has lovely views over neighbouring São Brás and the surrounding area and is extremely peaceful. The main house has underfloor heating throughout.

In the main house accommodation comprises three double and three twin bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite) and two shower rooms (one en-suite). At ground level there is a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a seating area for up to six people, a dining room with a large oak dining table and two living rooms, one with a large fireplace and separate TV area. In addition there is a games room and a conservatory with seating looking out on to the swimming pool.

The separate cottage has one twin and one double bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a full bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and a separate guest cloakroom.

Outside there is a large swimming pool (12mx8m) a barbecue area with a large marble table, and courtyard with a water feature. There is ample parking space and most bedrooms overlook an extensive mostly lawned gardens surrounded by a good variety of shrubs and fruit trees. Car is essential.
