Villa Pires is situated on a hill top, around 750 metres away from both Carvoeiro square and Carvoeiro beach. The villa is within walking distance of many sidewalk cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Villa Pires is part of a cluster of four villas that comprises Curva do Monte, Villa Teresa and Villa Bela.

Accommodation comprises on the ground floor a confortable sitting/dining room, furnished in typical Portuguese style, one twin and one double bedrooms sharing a full bathroom.
