Although situated less than 2 miles from São Brás and its numerous amenities, Quinta Velha is notable for being beautifully peaceful and quiet. The tranquil location is only a 12 mile drive from the nearest beaches and even closer to the historical market town of Loulé.

The entrance to the accommodation, accessed on the first floor, leads directly into the sitting / dining room, and on to a well equipped kitchen with washing machine (maid's use only) and a large marble breakfast bar. From the downstairs level, doors open onto the lower terrace and swimming pool.

Doors open onto an upper terrace with table, chairs and barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining. Also on this level there are a double bedroom with bathroom and terrace access and a twin bedroom with en suite shower room. Internal stairs lead to the lower level where two further twin bedrooms both with en suite shower rooms are located.

From the downstairs level, doors open onto the lower terrace and swimming pool (5 x 10m) which benefit from the shade provided by the delightful pomegranate trees. The pool can be heated for a supplementary charge.
